The terms that apply to purchasing a puppy from us and using this website.
Agreement
By adopting or purchasing a puppy from Exquisite Family Min Pins, you agree to these terms along with the specific written agreement and health guarantee that accompany your puppy. Where the written purchase documents and these general terms differ, the signed purchase documents control.
Deposits and securing a puppy
A puppy is secured with a non-refundable deposit of $450, which is applied toward the purchase price. The deposit secures a specific puppy and removes it from availability, which is why it is non-refundable. The balance is due before the puppy travels or is picked up, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Health guarantee
Each puppy is sold with a written health guarantee covering congenital and hereditary defects for 2 year from the take home date, subject to the conditions in that document, including a veterinary examination within 2 years of arrival and continued appropriate care. The written guarantee sets out the full terms and remedies.
Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery by flight nanny, ground transport, or airport pickup. Travel is arranged per family, and its cost is the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing. A puppy travels only when it is old enough and cleared to do so.
Buyer responsibilities
You agree to provide appropriate food, shelter, veterinary care, training, and secure containment suitable for the Miniature Pinscher breed, which is known to test fences and escape unsecured spaces. You agree not to place the puppy in a shelter or rescue. If you can no longer keep the dog at any point in its life, we ask that you contact us first.
Limitation of liability
Beyond the remedies set out in the written health guarantee, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the puppy to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential costs, including veterinary bills beyond what the written guarantee provides.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [EDIT: governing state], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from a purchase will be handled under the laws of that state.
